Frederick Donald Ciccarelli was born in Flushing, N.Y. to Thomas and Doris Ciccarelli. As a teenager they moved to Southern California where he met the Love of his Life Kathy working at Frito Lay. Together they moved to South Lake Tahoe in the early 70’s and they worked at the Sahara Tahoe, where he ran the Bus Program. He then went to work with his brother-in-law Steve at the Handy Andy, one of his favorite jobs selling appliances until the owner sold the business. Next, he went to work at Harrah’s Casino in the Security department until he went to Toyota to sell cars. Lastly, he worked at Auto Zone until he retired due to a shoulder injury. He loved his sports, especially the N.Y. Yankee›s and Golf was his all-time favorite pastime. He loved his dogs and leaves behind his faithful companion Kona.
Fred is survived by his wife Kathy, children Tommy (Shirley), Freddy (Kendra), Stephanie (Jeremy), his grandchildren Briana (Derek), Jordyn (Roger), Kalie, Ryan, Kaleb, Kristopher, and great granddaughter Mia. Brother Tom (Betty), sister Lorraine (Steve) and nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 6th at Lampe Park in the Gazebo from 11 am to 3 pm. Where we will be doing a BBQ in memory of Fred. Please bring all your stories. Located at, Lampe Park:1324 Waterloo Ln, Gardnerville, NV 89410
