NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FRANK WALTER PEDLAR has filed a Petition For Waiver of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution of the Estate of CRISTEE LINN DAVIS, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 15th day of November,
2021, at 11:00 a.m. in Department I of the Third Judicial District Court in Yerington
Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for
approval of total attorney’s fees and costs in the amount
of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen and 80/100 Dollars ($10,218.80).
