Billie B. Borges, 68, of Carson City died Oct. 18, 2008, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her husband Joe A. Borges Sr. No services will be held at her request. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
