Health Inspection

Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for March 13. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Kabayan Multi-Mart, 321 Fairview Drive, scored 100 points.

• Pizza Factory of Carson City, 3120 E. Highway 50, Suite 3, scored 100 points.

• Terrible’s, 4640 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Jacksons, 1615 E. Fifth St., scored 100 points.

• Pioneer High School cafeteria, 202 E. Corbett St., scored 100 points.

• Carson High School cafeteria, 1111 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.

• Carson High School gymnasium snack bar, 1111 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.

• Carson High School Culinary Arts Kitchen, 1111 S. Saliman St. scored 97 points. Boxes of food are stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Observed students assembling ready-to-eat desserts with bare hands for consumption by the public. There are no sanitizer buckets set up. Prep tables are yet to be cleaned.

• Carson High School Senator’s Cafe, 1111 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.

• Carson High School central kitchen, 1111 S. Saliman St., scored 100 points.

• Arco AM PM, 2707 Highway 50 E., scored 100 points.

• Dotty’s Bar and Lounge, 4320 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake, 4314 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
