Carson City Sheriff’s Office does not like this type of donut

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 8:59 a.m., a 48-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was booked on an outstanding warrant charging violation of suspended sentence conditions after deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity at a Sunrise residence. His bail was set at $1,000.

At 1:08 a.m., a 32-year-old was arrested on a warrant charging violation of bail conditions at the Silver Queen Motel on Caroline. He was held without bail.

At 9:04 p.m., a 25-year-old was arrested after deputies saw him doing donuts on Gordon and North Edmonds. The arrest report says he refused to stop and drove a significant distance before they were able to pull him over. He was charged with reckless driving, evading/eluding deputies, running two stop signs and driving an unregistered vehicle. Bail was set at $1,150.

At 11:33 p.m., a 32-year-old transient was arrested at the Slot World parking lot after a deputy recognized him as some one with an outstanding warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.
