Man calls 911, says Carson sheriff deputies stealing his car, is arrested

 FRIDAY
• A 58-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of 911 at 4:24 a.m. According to the arrest report, after a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations, the sheriff’s office impounded the man’s car. While the impound was being completed the man called 911 to report that his car was being stolen by the sheriff’s office. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of battery on a peace officer, destruction of property, obstructing and resisting arrest at 9:56 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a fight between two females. When they confronted the woman she tried to escape deputies. Once apprehended she kicked deputies. Bail was set at $4,912.
SATURDAY
• At 12:09 p.m. a 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery-first offense. Bail was set at $3,000.
SUNDAY
• A 36-year-old Carson City jail inmate was re-arrested on suspicion of battery of a prisoner by a prisoner. Bail was set at $20,000.
• At 1:44 p.m. Thomas Lovelace, 37, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,637.
MONDAY
• A 25-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery-first offense and a parole violation. Deputies were called to a residence on Jeanell Drive. When they arrived they negotiated with the subject who was on a roof of a shed nearby to come down. She was arrested. Bail was set at $6,137.
• A 25-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of obstructing, suspended registration and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop at the intersection of Winnie Lane and Lone Mountain Drive. Bail was set at $1,826.
• A 51-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and suspended registration after a traffic stop in the Cal Ranch parking lot at 9 a.m. A K-9 deputy alerted to drugs in the car. Bail was set at $9,471.
