Finally, the time for our Melon Felon Murder Mystery is here! Yes, Saturday is the date, so if you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, hurry down to Jeff’s Copy Express, Family Pet Connection, The Grid, or the CAPS shelter. Tickets are $50 or $275 for a table of six. The doors open at 5 p.m., and the show starts at 6 p.m.
I am looking forward to brainstorming with my table partners to solve the mystery. Who could the murderer be? We have an outstanding cast of quirky suspects who will make it exceedingly difficult to find the real killer.
Anastasia Everdeen is obsessed with the Cantaloupe Festival. Will her obsession include murder? Is sassy Marvin Hollster sassy enough for murder? Always the life of the party Amber Addleson may be choking the life out of the party.
Artistic Bethany Samuels is aloof; however, is she too aloof for murder? Glen Beauchamp hides his shady disposition behind a cloud of bad aftershave. Does that cloud hide murder?
Will our FBI agent Cory Annuals crack the case without cracking skulls? Can you figure out who the culprit is? You could be the ultimate mystery detective.
Served at intermission, our dinner menu includes Chicken Picotta or Pasta Primavera, tossed salad, green beans with butter, broccoli with cheese, and carrot cake. We offer a no-host bar. Do not forget that we also have an amazing silent auction.
Please remember that our Murder Mystery Theater is one of our main fundraising activities. CAPS, is our homegrown shelter and it has operated for 34 years. Thankfully, the fine folks of Fallon have supported and embraced our vision. We hope to see you there!
LOOKING FOR A HOME
We have four Lab/mix puppies. They are so cute and ready for new homes.
We have kittens to foster! Call 775-423-7500 for details.
Policy, however, prohibits adopting out puppies or kittens under the age of six months to a home with children under 5 years of age. This is to protect both the children and the animal.
