Carson City Landfill closed July 13 due to fire

Carson City's landfill will be closed on July 13 due to a fire burning in the debris area. The fire is not a threat to the surrounding area, and no structures are damaged. 

Carson City's Fire Department and Public Works Department are actively working to suppress the fire.
