The Carson City Historical Society will host Adam Michalski Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Carriage House behind the Foreman-Roberts Historic House, 1207 N. Carson St.

Michalski will present a talk on "The Railroad and Carson City.” Michalski is the curator of history at the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City.

The event is free. Reservations are not necessary, but seating is limited.

Michalski has served as the curator of history at the Nevada State Railroad Museum since August 2023. Prior to that, he served as the museum's curator of education for nine-and-a-half years. CCHS lectures are held periodically in the Carriage House.
