NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the fiundersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE 2009 GAGEBY FAMILY TRUST, dated April 16, 2009, established by Janet S. Gageby and Jack A. Gageby, represented by Janet S. Gageby, the Guardian of the person and estate of Jack A. Gageby. Jack A. Gageby died in March 2020. Janet S. Gageby died on January 1, 2023. A creditor having a claim against either settlor fior against the trust estate must file such claim with the undersigned at the address given fibelow within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
