The Dayton Valley Lions Club has donated a replacement freezer to assist the Healthy Communities Coalition after a building was damaged in a crash last month.

The Lions Club International embraces five Pillars of Service: vision, hunger, diabetes, cancer and environment.

The Dayton Valley Lions will host a drive-through food drop-off to help with restocking Healthy Communities’ food pantry from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Grocery Outlet, 7 Dayton Village Parkway, Dayton.

The Lions Club also will collect unwanted eyeglasses and cell phones.
