Elizabeth “Evelyn” Coughtry, age 87, of Gardnerville, Nevada, passed away on July 16, 2021.
Evelyn was born in Rincon, New Mexico in 1933.
Evelyn was an ardent photographer and painter. She loved driving through the Sierras and visiting the Atlantic and Pacific oceans until dementia slowly diminished her capability to appreciate any of these things.
Evelyn will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by daughter Elizabeth and son Karl, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A private memorial for family will be held at a future date.
