Born Debra Gayle Wagner on 2/10/56 in Burbank, California.
She passed with her loving husband, Robert (Bob) Ligon of 37+ years at her side.
She is survived by her son, Brian Durand (Tiffany) and three grandchildren of Washington; sister, Robin (Brown) Buckley of Georgia, extended family in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California.
