George L. Fuller III
George L. Fuller, III, 79, loving son, brother, husband, father, cousin, uncle, and friend, passed away on January 24, 2023, in Santa Maria, CA.
George, or Georgie as his family called him, was the first born son of George and Shirley Fuller. He joined the Navy after graduating from Carson High in 1961. After the Navy he settled in Santa Barbara and graduated from the Brooks Institute of Photography. Always the adventurer, he hitchhiked through Europe, smuggled bibles into China, ran a tour operation in Mexico and South America. With the Lord at his side he proceeded to marry and be blessed with five daughters, and 20+ Grandchildren. George passed with the Lord in his Heart and his family by his side.
He leaves behind his loving mother, Shirley Fuller Finan; brother Scott (Capt. Scooter) Fuller; sister, Sheri Murphy; his Beloved Wife, Leslie; his daughters, Gina, Chrissy, Bethany, Maya and Hannah and their blossoming families; and his best buddies from school, Nick Nicholson and Johnny Wills.
Memorial Services were held in Santa Maria, with a family burial in Arroyo Grande, CA
