Anna M Mann
February 25, 1926 - February 7, 2024
Anna passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, peacefully in her sleep at her new home in Redding, CA.
She was born in Chicago, Il to Anthony and Vincenza (Comella) Uzzardo, the 11th of 12 children.
She married August Mann on June 22, 1947, in Chicago, moved to Southern CA in 1958, returned to Illinois in 1988, then after the passing of her husband in 1993 she moved to Minden, NV with her daughter where she lived for 28 years.
Anna is survived by her daughter Phyllis Zink, son Richard Mann, sister, Concetta Musiala, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, August, and her sons Russell and Wayne.
She enjoyed going to the Carson Valley Senior Center for many years and made many longtime friends.
A Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Community, 3597 Sunridge Dr, Carson City, NV on Tuesday, February 20th at 10 am with burial in Genoa to follow.
