Courtesy Nancy LairdA golden eagle is seen at the Wild Animal Infirmary for Nevada after having been rehabilitated by Nancy Laird who operates WAIF in Washoe Valley. The 3-year-old female was found near death south of Fallon last year, and will be released Sunday during the concluding day of the 14th annual Spring Wings Birding Festival in Fallon.
