Two arrested for child abuse in Lyon County

Two Fernley men were arrested Sunday evening on unrelated child abuse charges. Kyle Matthews, 24, arrested Sunday on suspicion of two counts of child abuse with substantial bodily harm after a 5-month-old girl was brought to Renown suffering from brain injuries sustained when she was shaken.
