Flash flood waters pour across East Valley Rd. just north of Pinenut Rd. in south Gardnerville Wednesday afternoon after the Pinenut Range to the east received heavy rain from remnants of tropical storm Blanca. Further east, Yerington reported 2 inches of rain in 20 minutes.
