Dulin is new BLM Carson associate district manager

Colleen Dulin is the new Carson City District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) associate district manager. She was previously the assistant field manager at the BLM Eagle Lake Field Office in Susanville, Calif. Dulin was also the northeastern California Assessment Inventory Monitoring program coordinator and field office budget manager.
