Community members join Banner Churchill Community Hospital representatives at the ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday to open the new addition of the Emergency Room department.
Banner Churchill Community Hospital welcomed the public to tour the completion of its first phase of renovations within the Emergency Department on Wednesday.
