The Carson Capitols won both games of a doubleheader against Mira Loma, Calif. by identical 11-1 scores Saturday night at Carson High.
In the second game, the Caps were led by pitcher Brian Cochran, who struck out nine hitters and Dustin Hahn, who went 3-for-3 with 3RBIs.
In the first game, the Caps used an eight-run fourth to grab a 10-1 lead before winning the game in the fifth.
Hahn, who went 2-for-3, had another big game after hitting a home run with 2 RBIs. Billy Paganetti also chipped in with 2RBIs.
The Capitols play Mira Loma today at noon in a single game at Carson High.
