The Carson Valley United Methodist Church will hold its annual community advent dinner at 4-7:30 p.m. Saturday in the church Fellowship Hall, 1375 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville.
This dinner is offered free to the community. People wishing to attend are encouraged to bring an item for the Carson Valley Food Closet as price of admission.
