ComputerCorps of Carson City is seeking volunteers to help stack and wrap computer equipment in its temporary warehouse on Highway 50 so it can be moved to ComputerCorps' new warehouse.

Volunteers are needed Monday through Sept. 4 to accomplish the relocation.

ComputerCorps is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to improving the computer skills and job opportunities for the "undeserved" individuals in the community.

Volunteers who help with the move can earn credits toward the acquisition of a computer, equipment, software or training.

ComputerCorps receives donations of computers, printers and parts and has volunteers who repair, refurbish and update the equipment so that it may be returned to the community for little or no cost. The corporation also provides training, education and technical support for community organizations and the recipients of its services.

To pick up a volunteer application stop by ComputerCorps' headquarters at 4681 Morgan Mill Road or call 882-8787.
