The Sporting Rage will sponsor a trip to Echo Lake on Sunday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Beginners are welcome. The cost is $55 per person. Price includes kayak rental, personal flotation device, tour guide and lunch. Reservations are a must.
The Sporting Rage will also lead a hike from Emerald Bay into Desolation Wilderness and back to Emerald Bay using two trail heads on Saturday. The hike is 10 miles round trip and rated moderately strenuous. Meet at the Sporting Rage at 8 a.m. and bring hat/cap, water, sunblock, sunglasses, snacks and lunch. Dogs are OK.
