According to a recent press release by the California/Nevada Snowmobile Association, there are more than 16,500 registered snowmobiles in the State of California.
The top five counties will the most registered snowmobiles are:
Shasta: 1,565.
Plumas: 1,183.
El Dorado: 1,154.
Placer: 1,137.
Nevada: 1,001.
The bottom five counties with the least are:
Mendocino: 19.
Mariposa: 15.
San Benito: 14.
Del Norte: 3.
Imperial: 1.
