Reno based Joe Bob's Restaurants have opened a new location in Carson City. Located at the historic Carson Hot Springs, Joe Bob's Roadhouse is the largest of the four locations and adds live entertainment to Joe Bob's successful formula of Midwestern food, beer by the pitcher, video poker and TV sports.
Live classic rock and dancing will be featured every weekend at the Roadhouse which has been a popular music venue off and on since the late 60's under several previous operators. The large elevated stage and wooden dance floor make the newly renovated Joe Bob's Roadhouse the Carson Valley's live music club.
Joe Bob's Roadhouse will be open seven days a week at 1510 Hot Springs Road, just north of College Parkway. The menu includes Hot Wings, Chicken dinners, and Wineburgers made popular at the Reno-Sparks area locations. Hours are 11 a.m. to midnight daily.
