Hearing loud noises outside my bedroom window, in the middle of the night, and being concerned for my next door neighbor's home, I called 911 from within my dark home. I waited awhile and then flashlight beams began to flurry from area to area around my neighbor's home.
Once the flashlight entered my yard, I switched on my porch light. I was amazed at what I saw, for three police officers, (I was only aware of one at the time) had a wild animal trapped up against my fence. The animal could go in no direction to escape, but being a harmless animal they let him go.
Needless to say, if that had been a prowler, he would have been caught. My hats off to the wonderful and valuable police force we have here in Carson City.
