Letter: Water grab reminds him of spotted owl

The way the bureaucrats are after the water reminds me of the way that was used to shut down forests. Remember the Spotted Owl in the Northwest, the Mexican Spotted Owl in the Southwest, the fish at Jarbidge and now the Lahontan Cutthroat Trout. (This is just to name some of the recent.)

One day soon I expect some bureaucrat will drive by a nice large house and exclaim, "There's a mouse in that house." A knock will come at the door and the owner will be told that there is a mouse living in your house so pack your duds and move out because we want to watch the life cycle of this mouse.
