Obituary: Mary Francis Clymer

A Celebration of Life for Mary Francis Clymer, 41, a Gardnerville resident for the past 18 years, will be at 7 p.m. Friday at The Day Spring Christian Assembly Church, 974 Tillman Lane in Gardnerville.

Ms. Clymer died Dec. 22, 2000, at her residence. She was born May 13, 1959, in Wyoming to Vern Clymer and Rosalie Hemminger.

Prior to living in Gardnerville, she resided in Idaho.

Ms. Clymer was a waitress at Sharkey's Nugget restaurant for 18 years. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters and family. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed dancing.

Among her survivors are her companion Chris Sevilla of Gardnerville; parents Ray and Rosalie Richardson of Gardnerville; daughters Barbara Stimmel, with the U.S. Air Force, Jessica Hamilton of Gardnerville and Merrillee Godbout of California; brothers Larry Clymer of Idaho, Vern Clymer of Oregon, John Clymer of South Carolina and Matt Clymer of Reno; sister Sandy Voelz of California and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation is under the direction of FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Carson City.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home in Gardnerville is in charge of arrangements.
