Residents asked to talk about visions of the future

Residents are being asked to talk about their "vision for the future" by a group called One Region. One Vision, which will host a forum at 7 tonight at the Carson City Community Center.

The group is using surveys and focus groups to try to define the qualities of Northern Nevada that residents would like to preserve and promote.

"We're fast approaching the time when the people of our region can come together to begin to make our collective vision of the future happen," said Reno Gazette-Journal publisher Sue Clark-Johnson, who is chairwoman of One Region. One Vision.
