The Commission on Judicial Selection has picked three finalists for the vacant seat on the Clark County District Court bench.
They are Kenneth C. Cory, Allan R. Earl and Philip J. Kohn.
Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court Bob Rose said the names will be forwarded to Gov. Kenny Guinn, who will pick one to fill the vacant post.
The seat was vacated by the death of Judge Gary L. Redmon on Aug. 26.
