Branch manager promoted at U.S. Bank

U.S. Bank has announced that it has promoted Sherri Drown, manager of the Incline Village branch, and Teresa Shouppe, manager of the Capitol branch, Carson City, in recognition of their outstanding performance and commitment to customers. The promotion of these employees is consistent with U.S. Bank's mission to create the best possible experience for every customer.

These managers will also have the opportunity to compete for U.S. Bank's "Circle of Excellence" award for exceptional customer service, which will be awarded in December and includes a free trip to Disney World.
