Carson City Sheriffs Reserves will be canvassing Carson City neighborhoods this year in the name of Christmas charity.
Eight sheriffs deputies dressed up like Santa Claus will visit 200 homes, handing out donated presents to little boys and girls in Carson City.
To arrange a visit, call 887-2020 ext. 5005 and leave a message with your name, address, phone number, and time for Santa's arrival (between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.) on Christmas Eve. Requests will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis until Dec. 17.
Cash donations to benefit the Sheriff's Reserves will be accepted.
