The greatest fear I presently have is that my grandkids are going to start asking some very embarrassing questions shortly as to my stash of bricks with names on them piling up in the back yard. I only hope I have the courage to tell them the truth when the time comes to give an accounting for the carnage we've left for them to sift through.
There is no doubt in my mind that future generations of Nevadans will take a hard look back into the late 20th century, and damn us all to hell for the apathetic attitude we had in preserving our historical and cultural past.
In the meantime, why don't we stand in line like an army of automatons and "Pick A Brick For Just A Buck," and help preserve Nevada history.
