I would like to take the time to thank a very special person, Tony Grasso, who is a driver for Capitol Sanitation. He took the time and energy to go through the refuse and find a pair of new shoes that I had just bought, and inadvertently had gotten thrown away in the dumpster. Thank you, Tony!
