The case of a Carson City man suspected of dealing methamphetamine was sent to district court Tuesday for criminal trial.

Justice of the Peace Robey Willis found that the state's case against Humberto Segura, 28, had enough evidence to warrant further consideration in the higher court. Charges in a new criminal complaint have not been finalized. Felony cases are not tried in justice court.

Segura was arrested on Nov. 2 and is being held on $250,000 bail.

The preliminary hearing for Jaime Hernandez-Robles, 33, is scheduled to finish today at 9 a.m.
