Virginia Nuzum, an associate at Design Travel in Carson City, has been designated a Hong Kong specialist by the Hong Kong Tourist Association.
Nuzum, a 12-year veteran of the travel business, has escorted several tours of Asia.
She has also been named a certified tour director by the International Tourist Management Institute and a group specialist by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents.
