A memorial service for Dennis Basil Moran, a Fallon resident, will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Carson City Elks Lodge.
Mr. Moran died March 29, 2000, He was born May 18, 1948, in Nampa, Idaho.
He spent many years in Skagway, Alaska.
Mr. Moran attended grade school and high school in Carson City and received culinary training in Las Vegas.
He was a member of the Skagway Alaska Elks Lodge 431.
Among his survivors are his mother, Leona Moran and sisters, Phyllis Wallace, Susan Morris and Lasca Moran, all of Carson City ; brother, Gary Moran of Jordan Valley, Ore.; daughters, Debbie Howard of Spokane, Wash., Anita Moran of Juneau, Alaska, and Leona Moran of Anchorage, Alaska; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
