A memorial service for Dorothy Ann Brotzman, 82, a Carson City resident for the past 23 years, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mrs. Brotzman died Dec. 3, 1999, at her residence. She was born May 9, 1917, in Wisconsin to Joseph and Mary Ann Kachelmeir Meunier.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Whittier, Calif.
Mrs. Brotzman was a commercial office supervisor for a telecommunications business. She enjoyed traveling, crafts and was an avid reader. She and her husband had been on 17 cruises all over the world.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lester Meunier.
Among her survivors are her husband, Norval, of Carson City; daughter, Barbara Hefner, of Grass Valley, Calif.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery, is in charge of arrangements.
