A transient Carson City man was arrested Thursday at 4 p.m. on suspicion of statutory sexual seduction and failing to register as an ex-felon.
The charges against Toby Russell, 23, who hails from the Deer Run Bridge area, stem from an investigation in which Russell reportedly having sexual relations with a 14-year-old Carson City girl.
Russell was released after posting $15,000 bail.
