State Sen. Bill Raggio, R-Reno, and Tom Baker, aide to U.S. Sen. Richard Bryan, will speak Friday at Western Nevada Community College's dedication of a new class and laboratory building.
Dedication ceremonies for the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Technology are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. on the WNCC campus, 2201 West College Parkway.
