Sheriff's Blotter

The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department:

-- Joseph Wayne Lyngholm, 43, an unemployed man from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 1:40 a.m. in the 500 block of East William Street for suspicion of two felony counts of possession of stolen property and the following misdemeanors: fraudulent use of credit card and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $25,000.

-- A 40-year-old unemployed woman from Carson City was arrested Monday at 1:50 a.m. in the 500 block of East William Street for suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and ex-felon failure to change address. Her bail was set at $1,315.

-- A 48-year-old machine operator from Carson City was arrested Monday at 2:01 a.m. at Carson-Tahoe Hospital for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: criminal contempt, failure to use due care, unlawful acts of financial responsibility and fictitious registration. His bail was set at $1,145.

--A 47-year-old fitness trainer from Carson City was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at Saliman and Colorado streets for suspicion of second offense drunken driving and no valid driver's license. Her bail was set at $2,765.

-- A 28-year-old superintendent from Carson City was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Sunday at Saliman and Colorado streets for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. His bail was set at $3,105.

--Michael Jason Cox, 20, also known as Mike Diller, Anthony Diller or Jennings, a car wash detailer from Stagecoach, was arrested at 5 p.m. Sunday at Graves Lane and Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony burglary, probation violation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. No bail was set.

The following calls were received by the Carson City Sheriff's Department:

-- Suspicious subject at 1:06 a.m. on North Carson Street.

-- Vehicle burglary at 1:13 a.m. in the 400 block of West Ann Street.

-- A hit-and-run accident at 4:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive.

-- A non-injury accident at 4:21 a. m. in the 100 block of Thompson Street.

-- Welfare check at 9:44 a.m. in the 4700 block of South Carson Street.

-- Domestic dispute at 10:29 a.m. in the 2000 block of Deer Run Road.

-- Fight at 7:52 p.m. at Saliman and Colorado streets.
