The following people are in custody at the Carson City Sheriff's Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 39-year-old forestry technician from Carson City was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street for suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. No bail was set.


-- A 27-year-old concrete worker from Carson City was arrested at 12 p.m. Saturday on Highway 395 for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: driving on a suspended license, ex-felon failure to register, unlawful acts of financial responsibility and no registration. His bail was set at $1,335.


-- A 41-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Saturday at Third and Carson streets for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and possession of a firearm when under the influence of drugs or alcohol. His bail was set at $2,210.


-- A 56-year-old caretaker from Genoa was arrested at 5:18 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Curry by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. His bail was set at $1,105.


-- A 39-year-old chef from Carson City was arrested at 9:04 p.m. Saturday at Applebee's Restaurant for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and reckless driving. His bail was set at $3,210.


-- Keith M. Janosek, 38, a self-employed iron worker from Mound House, was arrested Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Carson City Jail for suspicion of felony destruction of property for destroying a tree in the yard of a neighbor during an allged rampage with a backhoe. His bail on that offense was set at $5,000.
