The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 26-year-old unemployed cook from Carson City was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Saturday at Roop and Musser streets for misdemeanor suspicion of ex-felon failure to change address. Bail was set at $210.


-- Guadalupe Rueda, 20, a transient construction worker, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. Sunday on Winnie Lane for suspicion of felony failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge, failure to appear after admission to bail, misdemeanor failure to pay fines and failure to comply. No bail was set.


-- Russell Blackford, 60, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.


-- Jeremy Lee Crews, 18, from Mound House, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Sunday on Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant for domestic battery. His bail was set at $5,605.


-- Paul Emil Fountaine Sr., 91, retired from Carson City, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Saturday at his home in the 2000 block of Lompa Lane for suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon. According to the police report, the victim stated when he asked Fountaine if he'd seen his dog, Fountaine hit him two times with a wooden bat or stick and shouted, "You stole everything I have." Fountaine is being held on $30,000 bail.


-- A 26-year-old transient sheet metal worker was arrested at 11:47 a.m. Saturday at Roop and Musser streets for suspicion of misdemeanor ex-felon failure to change address. Bail was set at $210.


-- Aaron Lee Flesher, 19, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a Carson City District Drug Court warrant for suspicion of felony possession of 10 oz. of marijuana by a person under 21 years old. No bail was set.


-- Albert Thomas Nardone, 22, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 4 p.m. Saturday at his home in the 800 block of South Carson Street for suspicion of six felony counts of possession of a dangerous drug without prescription and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to sell. Bail was set at $2,500.
