The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
-- Anthony Lee Wilkinson, 31, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Friday at Winnie Lane and Ormsby Boulevard for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,605.
-- Doug "Dragon" Louthan, 28, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive for suspicion of felony third offense domestic battery. According to the police report, when asked if he'd struck the woman, Louthan responded, "I am a dragon man, I had to show her what was right." He was also booked on two Carson City Justice Court warrants for failure to comply. Bail was set at $16,900.
