The Carson Senator inline hockey team improved its record to 10-0 with a 6-1 win over Bishop.

Senator goalie Buck Stetler had an outstanding effort as Bishop's only goal came on a shot that broke Stetler's stick on the way to the net.

Ted Jost had three goals, Ryan Collins had two goals and an assist and Bryce Burgess added an assist for Carson. Jared Frisbee, Robert Ghiglieri and Brady Miller also had assists as the Senators took 33 shots on goal.

Carson will have a chance for revenge when its hosts Reed at 7:30 p.m. today at the Pony Express Pavilion. Reed gave Carson its only loss last year in the league championship game.

"This will be the game of the season," Carson coach Chuck Stetler said.
