A parent-student athlete informational meeting for Carson High's spring sports season has been scheduled.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17 at Morse Burley Gym. All students in grades 9-12 who are interested in tryout out for a spring sport should attend.
The spring sports are baseball, boys golf, softball, swimming and track. Topics to be discussed will be physicals, school district policies, school rules and regulations, academic eligibility and Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association rules and policies.
Following the general meeting, meetings for each sport will be held. Coaches will be available and team rules, regulations and policies will be discussed.
