A gathering of family and friends of Jimmie Lee Crain, 51 a Carson City resident for the past 45 years, will be from 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the family home, 863 Branstetter Drive, Dayton.
Mr. Crain died March 11, 2002, in Dayton. He was born May 27, 1950, in Santa Barbara, Calif.
He was a carpenter and employed by R.A. Construction in Minden. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking.
Among his survivors are his wife Bonnie of Dayton; son James and daughter Annie, both of Silver Springs; parents Gerald and Beverly Crain of Dayton; brothers Keith, Kris and Jerry, all of Reno and David of Phoenix, Ariz., and sister Penny Donswyk of Ventura, Calif.
Memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, 2101 S. Jones No. 20, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
