"That's pretty impressive on that golf course," said Carson coach Paul Croghan about the score for Heinz. "The greens are really smooth, but their fast and to shoot that score, that is hard to do. Let's hope he can keep it going next week."

After firing a 79 on Tuesday, Galena's Bryson Young finished the regular season as the zone's top individual golfer. Galena's Matt Kinsinger, who shot an 80, placed second.

Jonathan Merry, who fired an 83, took sixth, and Pat Flynn, who shot an 80, took seventh in the final regular season standings.

Croghan said the putting is "pretty straight forward" at Hidden Valley.

"The people around the greens are going to do the best," he said. "Right now it all rests on Monday and Tuesday next week at Hidden Valley."
