The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:

-- Joseph Ralph Leo, 43, manager from Carson City, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday on Como Street for suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $30,000.

-- A 33-year-old baby-sitter from Carson City was arrested at her home in the 1000 block of Green Court at 9:28 p.m. Wednesday for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Her bail was set at $3,105.

-- A 24-year-old waitress from Carson City was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Mountain Park for suspicion of domestic battery. Her bail was set at $3,105.

-- Joseph Brad Davis, 39, unemployed from Las Vegas, was arrested Thursday at 2:14 a.m. for suspicion of felony drunken driving and the following misdemeanors: failure to maintain lane, no registration and driving on a revoked license. His bail was set at $20,700.

-- A 31-year-old driver from Vacaville, Calif., was arrested at 3:56 a.m. Thursday at Carson and Robinson streets for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding. Bail was set at $1,185.
